6th GRADE PARENTS: Remember to ensure that your student gets the appropriate immunizations that are required by the start of their 7thgrade school year.
For most students, this includes TDAP and MCV4 (meningococcal) vaccines.
If your child has already received these vaccines please send proof of immunization to the nurse’s office or by fax to 254-215-6352.
Failure to provide proof of immunization could result in a delay in your child starting 7th grade, per Texas law.
