A middle school campus since 1975, in 2011 the school renamed itself Travis Science Academy and now holds classes for 6th through 8th grade students.
School colors are green and white.
The school mascot is the mustang.
The unofficial school motto is “It’s a Great Day to Be a Travis Mustang!”
Classes begin each week day at 7:50 AM and classes are dismissed for the day at 3:45 PM.
