On Sept. 3rd parents, students, and Travis staff flocked the halls of Travis Science Academy IB World School for our annual Open House. This evening provided parents the opportunity to meet their child's teachers and get any questions answered they may have had.
Travis provided an informational meeting to parents discussing what it means to be an IB World School and what our goals are for our students. Parents were given time to follow their child's schedule and meet individually with each teacher if they chose. One teacher was quoted as saying, "It's so nice to see some familiar faces of older siblings that I have taught and reconnect with their parents. It was also nice for my students to see that I do care about meeting their parents and that we are all in this journey together."
