Updates on turning in paperwork for the summer.
The Athletic Trainers (ATs) have set up dates to take paperwork from student athletes/guardians, please see dates and times below. Student athletes that need to be cleared can turn in doctor notes during these dates for clearance.
Times are 7am-8am on the dates below, an AT will be stationed outside the garage door of the TAC.
Wed. Jun 17 - 7am-8am
Mon. Jun 22 - 7am-8am
Wed. Jun 24 - 7am-8am

Wed. July 15 - 7am-8amStudents are still able to do online forms and XLNTbrain baseline (HS students only). Online forms will be updated weekly.

Saturday hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM designated for school physicals and exams.
*No appointment is necessary and walk-ins are welcome.*
*Sport Physicals are available at $36 self-pay charge, but be sure to ask if your child is eligible for their annual Well Child Check-up Exam.
