TOGETHER FOR MENTAL HEALTH

Mental health is an incredibly important part of overall health.
Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness.
We've all been through a lot these past few years.  And one issue that continues to make headlines is the effect of COVID 19 and all that comes with it.
Now is a good time to pause and reflect and remember that you are not alone!
If you or someone you know is experiencing:
     *Depression
     *Anxiety
     *Trauma
     *Eating disorders
     *Substance use disorder
     *Personality disorder
...reach out to your school counselors for help and support and to obtain a list of available counseling and intervention services.
