Travis Science Academy 8th grade science students practiced applying their knowledge of the Periodic Table to solve problems in unfamiliar situations, making inferences about unknown elements based on their chemical properties. Students practiced analyzing the Periodic Table prior to the demonstration to accurately predict the reactivity of certain elements.
