The MYP journey at Travis Science Academy was highlighted in the last three weeks as students in the 7th and 8th grade reviewed their understanding of the MYP Learner Profile characteristics. The purpose of the Learner Profile is help grow students to be complete learners through ten characteristics. From Balance and Open-Minded to being Inquirers and Thinkers, the Learner Profile is an important part of the MYP experience for Travis students. Our annual contest to produce RAP videos and Public Service Announcements resulted in several fun and engaging projects.
