On Sept. 5th, Travis Science Academy IB World School. participated in their first cross country meet of the year in Jarrell. Returning district champion Jesse Hernandez placed 2nd at the meet and Kedrick Freeman placed 12th. Coach Simons stated that this was a great learning experience for our young athletes and and she and Coach Lueckemeyer expect great things from these students.
Our next cross country meet is Sept. 23rd and it is being hosted by Travis Science Academy.
