New Student Enrollment hours: 8:00 am and 10:30 am Monday - Friday
The following items are required to enroll:
- Copy of student's official birth certificate
- Copy of student's social security card
- Copy of student's immunization record
- Proof of residency (only a copy of a current lease/rental agreement or mortgage document OR current utility bill will serve as proof as residency. Note: A cell phone bill is not considered a utility bill.)
- Copy of parent/guardian's photo ID
- Records from previous school
- Any necessary legal documents, if applicable (guardianship, adoption, placements, custody, etc.)
