World Cultures (6th Grade)

Students discover the history, geography, government, and culture of a variety of regions around the globe, using a host of primary, secondary, and ancillary materials to support their understanding and relying upon their own knowledge of the contemporary world in order to think critically about the influence of the historical events that have shaped another region's culture.

Content will be delivered with greater depth and complexity, emphasizing student creativity and interdisciplinary projects.
